Think it’s impossible to have an impactful job and have fun doing it? Woman-owned marketing agency Taylor & Pond invites you to think again.
The work.
What started as a web development firm in 1995 has since expanded into a full service digital marketing agency trusted by some of the biggest names in beauty, health, and lifestyle. From the downtown San Diego office, the team of designers, programmers, social media experts, and project managers works on cutting-edge web design and development, content marketing, and corporate branding.
This means the team is often designing and shooting content for its clients. Enter Taylor & Pond’s new studio. Below the main office, the studio boasts great lighting, lots of space, and all the gear the team needs to develop beautiful photos and videos.
The perks.
Account Manager Cristina says, “I love working at Taylor & Pond because I get to work with the biggest and best brands in the beauty industry.” But besides the invaluable experience, the Taylor & Pond team enjoys catered lunches every Thursday, face-time with Hashtag (the office dog), and the opportunity to attend beauty events and conferences. Plus, after two years at the company, employees also can take advantage of unlimited PTO.
To recharge, the team appreciates San Diego’s nearby natural attractions. Monica, the company’s photographer, is originally from Denver but moved to San Diego to work at Taylor & Pond. “I am a city girl at heart,” she says, “so being here in the Gaslamp District is perfect for me because I have this, but I also get to go to the beach or the mountains within twenty minutes.”
