#TakeoverTuesday with ChicExecs PR

“Think outside the suit” isn’t just a tagline. It’s a way of life for San Marcos-based ChicExecs PR, a team of 50+ badass women specializing in PR, social media, and retail strategy. They hosted #TakeoverTuesday this week to show us what it’s like to work there and help startups and small businesses from all over the country brainstorm new ways to generate retail sell-through & brand awareness.
ChicExecs excels through collaboration, encouraging all of its employees to be “intrapreneurs.” There’s no idea that’s too big or too small, especially since out-of-the-box thinking is what usually generates the best results for its clients. Its employees love working in North County San Diego, which they say is the perfect mix of a laidback surfer vibe while still eliciting that hustle to get work done. They go to yoga classes together, out for happy hour by the beach, and even meet up for duffy boat rides at Lake San Marcos. Anyone else jealous of their team bonding activities?
