It's an autonomous world, and we're all just living in it. As the world edges closer to a drone-driven future, companies like EpiSci are here to help solve our nation’s most complex and critical safety, security, and autonomy problems with cutting-edge artificially intelligent systems. Its algorithms ensure that autonomous systems can adapt in real time to not only maximize operational efficiency and mission success, but also save human lives.
EpiSci hosted #TakeoverTuesday to give us an inside look at what it's like to work at this small but mighty startup in Poway. Drawing from years of R&D experience at US Air Force, Navy, Army, and more, the EpiSci team loves getting to see their experience and hard work come to life in the form of impactful drone solutions. Director of Operations and Strategy Epiphany Rhu took us to their site in Chula Vista to show us Swarm Sense - EpiSci's autonomous point-and-click drone swarm solution (no pilots required). Best part? The post-Swarm Sense lunch hour at Tacos El Gordo, quite possibly the best taco shop in all of San Diego. Bold statement, and we stand by it.
Besides getting to do meaningful work, EpiSci employees also get to enjoy daily ping pong tournaments, free snacks, and 100% company-paid $0 deductible health insurance for the whole family. Talk about life-changing.
But don't take our word for it. Check out EpiSci's #TakeoverTuesday to get a real [swarm] sense of what it's like to work there.
