Sure you know Ballast Point Brewing Co. for its delicious craft beers. With its unique takes on IPAs, porters, and ales galore, Ballast Point has made itself into a household name. But do you know much about all of the science and craftsmanship that goes into brewing their beer? That hoppy twist in your porter doesn't just come out of nowhere. Enter Matt Laibson. He's the Field Quality Manager who's making sure that each pint, can, and bottle of Ballast Point beer is always fresh and true to brand all over the country. Pretty important job if you ask us.
